He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Willie Cook Jr. and Emma Jean Lunsford Cook. He is survived by: his wife Zandria Lee Ballard "Zandy" Cook of Greensboro, GA; his children, Angie Cook Simpson (Kevin) of Cornelia, GA, Beth Cook of Greensboro, GA, Brittany Cook Davis (Brock) of Union Point, GA and Blake Cook (Lauren) of Ferris, TX; his brother Dennis Cook (Alethea) of Gray, GA; his grandchildren, Cody Simpson (Jessica), Luke Simpson (Katie), Harley Anderson (Harold), Brody Sherrard, Zaylee Davis and Blaze Cook; and his great grandchild Wrenley Anderson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fork Chapel Methodist Church (1401 Farmington Rd, Madison, GA 30650). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
