He was predeceased by: his parents, William West Casey, Sr. and Edna Mae Morton Casey; and his siblings, James Allen Casey and Phyllis Mae Casey Davis. He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Gray Cook; his wife Becky Casey of Greensboro, GA; and his sons, William Allen Casey of Boston, MA and Chris Eugene Casey of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
