Wayne Akins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2022, at the age of 71, Wayne Akins of Greensboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carrol "Buck" Akins and Cassie Lee Taylor Akins; and his brothers, Joseph L. Akins, William "Billy" Akins and Byron Akins.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Tarpley Akins of Greensboro, GA; his daughter Holley Cooper (Jay) of Greensboro, GA; his granddaughter Emma Rose Cooper; and his sister-in-law June Akins. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
