He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benjamin Kelly, Jr. and Rose Hall Kelly. He is survived by: his son Thomas "Tom" Benjamin Kelly, IV of Milledgeville; his brother John Patrick "Pat" Kelly (Susan) of Louisville; his nieces and nephews, John Patrick Kelly, Jr. (Darya Sidorchyk) of Louisville, Patrick Benjamin Kelly of Louisville, Ashley Kelly Holly (Trent) of Wrens, Anna Grace Kelly of Louisville and Emma Pauline Kelly of Louisville; his grandchildren, Madison Rose Kelly of Linclonton, Makenzie Diane Kelly of Millen and Hunter James Kelly of Millen; and his cousin Arthur "Jan" Parker.
