He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Burnette and Lorene Burnette. He is survived by: his brother Hale; his sister-in-law Glenda Burnette; and his nephews, Ken and Mike Burnette. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews, and 5 great-great nieces and nephews.
