He was predeceased by: his spouse Caryl Jacobs Kuchman; and his parents, Adam Kuchman and Margaret Kuchman. He is survived by: his brother European; his sons, Derek Kuchman (Kara) and Neil Kuchman (Christina); his siblings, Stephen Kuchman (Sue), Paul Kuchman, Charlene Kuchman and Eileen Bruno (Steve); his grandson Chase Kuchman; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Jacobs (Carter); his nieces, Kaitlin Bruno, Danielle Bruno (Evan) and Catherine Bergman (Steve); and his nephew Brian Jacobs (Stasia).
