It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Perry Darrel Phelps (Greensboro, Georgia), who passed away on August 21, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Winthrop Phelps; his wife Bobbie Lee Allen Phelps; and his son Scott Darrin Phelps. He is survived by: his parent Lucile Smith Phelps; his daughter Rebecca Lee Phelps (Becky); his husband William Franklin Long III (Bill) of Atlanta; his sister Geraldine Phelps Youngblood of Macon; his daughters, Cindy Aultman Lunsford of Savannah and Rhonda Aultman Watwood of Macon; and also, Samantha Claire Long of Atlanta and William Darrel Long of Atlanta.
