He is survived by: his spouse Isa Joyce VanMeter of Shelbyville, KY.; his sons, Michael Lilly of Hollywood, FL, Paul Lilly, Jr. (Teresa) of Greensboro, GA and James Lilly (Jacqueline) of Holiday, FL; his brothers, Donald Lilly, Anthony Lilly and Norman Wayne Lilly; his grandchildren, Joyce Christine Lilly of Paul Lilly, Stephen Kenney and Bethani Accatino; and his great grandchildren, Elise Accatino, Kayla Barragan, Faith Kenney, Stephen Kenney, Jr. and Rebecca Rose Frederick. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
