He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Greco Sr. and Rose Pignatore Greco; and his siblings, William Greco, Thomas Greco, Annette Cozzalino and Lucille Falcone.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Greco; his son Dr. Patrick Greco (Jimmy Stanton); and his siblings, Frank Greco, Teresa Massa and Phyllis Marchetti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
