He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edward Tolbert and Ruth Annette Norman Tolbert. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Tolbert of Greensboro and Sandra Tolbert of Greensboro; and his uncles, Roger Norman of Greensboro and Wayne Norman (Kathy) of Lexington, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
