She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Miller and Willie Mae Bennie Miller; her husband Horace Fielden Nickelson; her son Horace Edward Nickelson; and her brother Edward Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Lynn Brown Fiedler (Bill) of Greensboro, GA; her grandson Jason Brown (Candace); her great grandchild Liam Brown; and her siblings, Charlie Miller, Douglas Miller, Lillie Bruce and Dianne Burgess. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
