Margie Shedd Thurmond Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie Shedd Thurmond of Greensboro, Georgia, who passed away on July 20, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Shedd and Heppy Owens Shedd; her sons, Robert and Alex Thurmond; and her granddaughter Christi Chavis.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary T. Bowick of Washington; her grandchildren, Angela Dill (George), Marchelle Josey (Terry), Rena Smith (Doug), Bobby Thurmond (Bill), Jody Thurmond, James Thurmond (Debi), Stephen Thurmond (Amy) and Brandi Chadwick; and her great great grandchild Autumn Grace Pulliam. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
