She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Douglas Hardwick; her husbands, George Mitchell Chambliss and Dr. Sammie Daniels Dixon; her brother Larry Hardwick; and her son-in-law Kyle Andrew.
She is survived by: her daughter Jordan Kelly Chambliss; her grandson Barrett Gray Chambliss; her brother John; her sister-in-law Jan Hardwick; and her sister Carolyn Neisielowski.
