She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Marcum and Georgiana Young Marcum; and her sisters, Margaret Braun and Arlene Thomas. She is survived by: her spouse Bill Lee Phillips; her sons, Dale Phillips of Augusta, GA, Douglas Phillips (Margaret) of Greensboro, GA and Darrell Phillips of Greensboro, GA; her siblings, Rosemary Burtis (Neil) of Hamilton, Betty Dulli (Ken) of Hamilton, Ohio and John Marcum (Stacy) of Oxford, OH; and her grandchildren, Kristin Passaglia (Matt), Matthew Phillips (Kimmy), Sam Phillips and Julie Kirk (Terry). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
