He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Jack Dennis, Sr. and Rexie Saunders Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dennis (Patsy) of Greensboro, GA; his children, Kim Kirkman (Dan), Jack Dennis III (Alisa), Allix Dennis (Dena), Tia Williams (TJ) and Loyd Avant III; his siblings, Sandy Dennis (Hazel) and Michaela Hadlow; his grandchildren, Mary Carson, Wen Kendrick, Callie, Jackson Dennis, Addie, Avery and Tiffany Moore; and his great grandchild Parker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
