He is survived by: his former wife Betty Jane Kemp; his wife Janie Meeks of Greensboro; his children, Jessica Dawn Meeks, Randy Lee Meeks and Larry Ellette Meeks, Jr.; his grandchildren, Haley Alyssa Golson (Chris Stafford), Heather Michelle Golson and Heidi Miranda Golson; and his great grandchildren, Axel Zane Stafford, Hunter Meeks and Melissa Michelle Wilson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
