He is survived by: his mother Linda Vandiver Hutto (Ronnie Daniel) of Eatonton, GA; his sister Jenny; his brother-in-law Jeff Eley of White Plains, GA; his brother John; his sister-in-law Rhonda Lewis of Cartersville, GA; his children, Tyler Lewis, Trevor Lewis, Taylor Lewis, Skie Lewis and Katie Leach; his close friends, Julie Williams of Woodville, GA and Jarvis Hall of Woodville, GA; his nieces and nephews, Madison Lewis, Haley Sage and Garrett Butts; and his great-nieces, Penelope and Braelynn. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
