He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. O'Neal and Mable Bullock O'Neal; his wife Margaret Mize O'Neal of Greensboro, GA; and his siblings, Irene Marchman, Alfred Bullock and Marcus Bullock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Brooks (Curtis) of Greensboro, GA and Vickie O'Neal of Greensboro, GA; his grandchildren, Curtis Brooks, III (Shelette), George Brooks, John Brooks (Angel), Rebecca Brooks and Janet Brooks; and his great grandchildren, Violetta, Vanya, Visely and Vega-Lee Jade Brooks. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
