He was predeceased by: his mother Lary Heng. He is survived by: his wife Annette Cannata Heng; his daughters, Angelica Heng (Alexander Nunez) and Olivia Phillips (Travis Phillips); and his sister Aurora Heng (Larry Dziurdzik).

A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Our King and Savior Catholic Church (6341 Lake Oconee Pkwy, Greensboro, GA 30642). A prayer will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
