He was predeceased by: his father George Henry Rinard; and his wife Shirley Rinard. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Rinard of Greensboro, GA and Krista Rinard Elliott (Todd) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Jessica Elliott, Kasey Petrea Polzin (Andrew) and Shelby Davis; and his brother George William "Bill" Rinard.
