It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Eubanks of Greensboro, Georgia, born in Washington, Georgia, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Walter Eubanks and Velma Corbin Eubanks; and his son Scott Eubanks. He is survived by: his daughter Shauna Eubanks Mathews (Phil) of Pace, FL; his grandchildren, Philip Mathews III (Nikole), Lauren Mathews Byrd (Jeremy), Amanda Mathews and Scott Eubanks, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Philip Mathews IV, Easton Byrd, Cohen Byrd, Mason Mathews and Cooper Mathews. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
