We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2021, at the age of 87, Guy Richard Smith of Greensboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Benjamin Smith, Sr. and Meda Strickland Smith; his grandson Rick McKinley; and his siblings, Junior Smith, Billy Smith, Reese Smith, Bobby Smith and Frances "Polly" Lanier.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jessie Ann Lindsey of Greensboro, GA.; his wife Ann Smith of Greensboro, GA; his children, Cindy Edmonds (Jimmy) of Greensboro, GA, Lane Smith (Robin) and Dede Smith of Greensboro, GA; his grandchildren, Adam McKinley (Brooke) of Madison, GA, Jonathan Moon (Anna) of Greensboro, GA and Tiffany Lindsey (William Garrard) of Stephens, GA; his great grandchildren, Colton Lindsey, Gradon Lindsey, Kylie Vining and Gunner Moon; his sister Beth Williams; his nephews, Martin Smith, Mike Smith, Steve Lanier, Ben Lanier, Morgan Lanier, Tom Williams, Scott Williams, Jeff Smith, Keith Lindsey, Dee Lindsey, Ken West and Chris West; and also Mary Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
