He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kemper Williams and Ercel Agatha Williams; his siblings, Ralph Williams (Mary), Madeline Hall (Bentley), Katherine Booth (Landon "Red"), Laura Alice Williams, Helen Cuffel and Sherman Williams (Jeanette); and his nephews, David Williams, Joel Booth and Robert Echols.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Katharine Williams (Kathy); his brother Thurman Williams (Dorothy); and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Perelman, Sharon DeFur, Phillip Booth, Linda Eppes, Wayne Booth, Pam Cloessner, Margaret Blankenship, John Williams, Joe Williams, Mary Rubas, Randy Williams, Baron Williams, Karen Chekonik, Jeff Williams and Beverly Wyberski. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
The family requests that memorials be made in his honor to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 216, Greensboro, GA 30642.
