He was predeceased by: his parents, Cortez Andrews, Sr. and Addie Belle Andrews; and his siblings, Cortez Andrews, Jr., Willie Ford Andrews, Virginia Gheesling, Ida Merritt, Mattie Hopkins, Nona Tolbert and John Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Pansy Davis Andrews of Greensboro; his daughter Judy Andrews Marable; his son-in-law Blane Marable; his granddaughter Mary Ashley Marable Young (Tim Young); his great grandchildren, Caleb Young and Landon Young; and his sisters, Ella Mae Nash of Madison, Georgia and Delores Andrews Galloway of Tallapoosa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McCommons Funeral Home (109 W Broad St, Greensboro, GA 30642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McCommons Chapel (109 W Broad St, Greensboro, GA 30642).
