It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Moon of Greensboro, Georgia, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Florence Moon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Nash, Sr. and Lydia Ardelle Armour Nash; and her siblings, William Thomas Nash, Jr. (Billy), Hazel Nash Noggle and Walter Charles Nash, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Kay Moon Byce (Billy) of Greensboro and Thomas Fred Moon (Donna) of Greensboro; her husband Emory Fred Moon of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Bill Byce (Brandi) of Thomasville and Brook Moon Pietrantone (Joseph) of Georgetown, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Braelyn Nicole Byce of Thomasville, Hannah Kate Byce of Thomasville, Madison Emory Byce of Thomasville, Avery Grace Byce of Thomasville and Madelyn Grace Pietrantone of Georgetown, Tennessee.; and her sisters-in-law, Ellie Nash of Madison, Emma Nash of Greensboro, Nita Meadows, Patricia Adams of Union Point, Dean Mansfield of Washington and Sherrie Moon of Locust Grove. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and very good friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, the family respectfully requests no visitation at this time.
