It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Mae Cooker of Greensboro, Georgia, born in Paulsboro, New Jersey, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 108, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank Weldon Rivell; her husband Melvin K. Cooker; and her siblings, Harry Rivell, Frank Rivell, Gill Rivell and Gladys Hess.
She is survived by: her son Melvin K. Cooker, Jr. (Hilda) of Greensboro, GA; and her grandchildren, Robert Cooker (Rebecca) of Harriman, TN and Kelli Morrow (Chris) of Helena, AL. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
