She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Randolph Stanley and Thelma McCommons Stanley; her spouse Charlton Strickland Veazey of Greensboro; her granddaughter Ashlin Faith Veazey (Charlton); her children, Lynn, Larry Bowers of Greensboro, Charlton, Dawn Veazey of Macon, Jeanie and Frank Thomas of Hampton; her grandchildren, Christopher Bowers (Andrea), Beth Bowers Abbott (Anthony), Laurelee Veazey Niswander (Paul), Erin Thomas, Caroline Veazey and Evan Long-Quian; and her great grandchildren, Coleston Echols, Rhys, Finchley, Penelope Abbott and Catherine Niswander. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
