He is survived by: his wife Inez Self of Greensboro, GA; his children, Douglas Wade Self of Greensboro, GA, Tammy Brown (Dwayne) of Greensboro, GA and Teresa Canup (Johnny) of Greensboro, GA; his grandchildren, Crystal Blevins (Gary), Kevin Hubbard, Jr., Wayne Brown (Tarsha), David Brown (Ashley) and Stephen Brown; and his great grandchildren, Cami Brown, Lacey Blevins, Mason Blevins, Brantley Blevins, Delaney Brown and Kayleigh Brown. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
