He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Tutcher and Margaret Tutcher. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue; his daughters, Jennie (Erik Evert) and Leigh (Jason Smith); his grandchildren, Samantha, Jonathon Ramey, Andrew Evert, Tyler, Rachel Smith, Alex Evert, Lacy and Will Haynes; and his great grandchild Emma Ramey.
