She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Perks McKinley and Ruby Esther Phelps McKinley; her husband Milton Lewis Stewart; her son Richard Stewart; and her sisters, Betty Kelly and Ruby Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Stewart of White Plains, GA and Brenda Stewart Stone (Charles) of Milledgeville, GA; her grandchildren, Chuck Stone, Elizabeth Stone, Paige Deaver and Kim Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Daniel, Reid Daniel, Wyatt Daniel and Evans Deaver. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
