He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith of Eatonton, GA; his grandchildren, Dr. Ted Smith (Karen), Ryan, Rhett, Thea of Eatonton, GA, William Smith (Terri), Hunter, Kyler and Payton of Woodstock, GA; and his siblings, Joan Benishek, Mary Waldvogel (Pat), Diane Koeppel (Phil), Al Smith (Lois) and Wayne Smith.
