He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Bishop Dover; and his siblings, Leroy Dover, Mildred Sanders and Nancy Lowry. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Dover of Greensboro, GA; his son William Turner "Bill" Dover (Chris) of Greensboro, GA; his grandson Aidan Turner Dover; and his brother Terry Dover. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
