She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Oscar Baldwin and Louie Belle Herron Baldwin. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Bartow Fowler of Greensboro, GA; her sons, Jerry L. Fowler (Kelli) of Greensboro, GA and Glyn D. Fowler (Rachel) of Winder, GA; her grandchildren, Michael Fowler (Teresa), Christopher Fowler (Lindsey), Trevor Fowler and Haley Fowler; and her great grandchildren, Conner, Cameron and Paxton. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
