He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Patrick and Alice Patrick; and his sister Dianne Boze. He is survived by: his wife Patricia 'Pat Diane Patrick; his brother Larry; and his sister-in-law Ruth Patrick. He is also survived by family members with special appreciation to sister-in-law.
