He was predeceased by: his parents, JoAnn Seabolt and Jerry Seabolt; and his siblings, Michelle Camper, Tammy Deeds and Stephen Humphrey.
He is survived by: his wife Melody Humphrey of Greensboro; his children, Mark (Kristen Humphrey) and Jennifer (Andrew Calhoun); his stepchildren, Whisper Burkett (Tyler Troupe) of Milton, FL, Dakota and Pamela Burkett of Jonesboro, AR; his sister Angela (Gabriel Bowers); and his grandchildren, Cooper Humphrey, Holly Humphrey, Eli Calhoun, Owen Calhoun, Jace Calhoun, Maisyn Calhoun, Dalton Burkett and Raelynn "Pepper" Burkett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
