He is survived by: his mother Arlene Miller; his sons, Jack and Thomas; his wife Ashlie Ward Miller; his siblings-in-law, Rick, Tommi Ward and Joey Ward (Kendrick); his niece Addy; his nephew Rhodes; his siblings, Greg Miller (Shannon) and Terri Thatcher (Max); his nieces and nephews, Brynna, Nathan, Ben, Connor, Alex, Josh and Robert; his aunt Kay Heinke; his cousins, Kathryn and Kristin; and his pet Theo. He is also survived by his students, coworkers.
