He is survived by: his father John Daniel Manley; his stepmother Becky Manley of Cleveland, GA; his daughters, Elizabeth Manley and Jessica Manley; and his siblings, Renee Karekel of Pooler, GA, Tiffany Tibachi-Vega (Grey) of Jefferson, GA, Andrea Finch (Matthew) of Union Point, GA, Mac Manley (Kaycee) of Greensboro, GA and Jason Manley (Mattie) of Pooler, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
