She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Columbus Tolbert and Nancy Ada Bryan Tolbert; her spouse Early Walter Scoggins; her daughter Janice Marie Flynn; and her siblings, Ruth Moody of Virginia, Harold Tolbert and Comer Tolbert.
She is survived by: her son Tony Scoggins (Deborah) of Appling, GA; and her grandchildren, Robert Troutman, Brook Troutman, Holly Troutman, Allison Balzano, Christopher Troutman and Justin Warren Scoggins. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
