He was predeceased by: his father Francis Joseph Moore; his brother Taylor Phillip Moore; and his grandparents, Morgan, Catherine Moore and Paul Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Kennedy Moore, Jackson Moore and Sarah Whitley; his sister Shannon Thomas (Rocco); his mother Kathleen Moore; his godparents, Judy Smith and Kevin Moore; his grandmother Jeanette Smith; and his child Alisha Fielding Moore. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
