He was predeceased by: his son Robert Cass Spell. He is survived by: his wife Susan Spell; his children, Stephanie Trotter (Matthew), Ryan Spell (Olivia) and Cassie Mullins (Burley); his father Cass Spell; his siblings, Sandy Cox and Eddie Spell (Peggy) of Tim Spell; and his grandchildren, Marritt Trotter, Mattilyn Trotter, Mattox Trotter and Robert Spell.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Restoration Project 2018 at Chestnut Grove in Memory of Randy Spell.
