She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Heath; her parents, Frederick Melhorn and Katherine Melhorn; and her siblings, Edmund Melhorn, Felma Shelton, Lee Melhorn, Frederick Melhorn, Irene Tipps, Raymond Melhorn, William "Billy" Melhorn and Rudolph Christian.

She is survived by: her daughter Gayle; her son-in-law John Book of Grayson, GA; her son Robert Michael Heath of Tarzana, CA; and her sister Rena Honeycutt (Fort).
