He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Toole and Rosemary O'Toole. He is survived by: his children, Matthew O'Toole (Jessi) and Rosemary O'Toole Neubing (Stefan); and his grandchildren, Wyatt Charles O'Toole and Jazmin Sunshine Neubing.
