He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phillips and Willie Phillips; and his siblings, Dwayne Phillips, Ronnie Phillips, Raymond Phillips, Jack Phillips, Truman Phillips, Marty Phillips, Faron Phillips and Vivian Walls.
He is survived by: his wife Charline Phillips; his daughter Susan Michelle; his son-in-law John Mitchell; his son Corey; his daughter-in-law Dee Phillips; his son Jerry Anthony Phillips; his stepsons, Brian Weathers and Randall Weathers; his godson Eric Mardan; his siblings, Donnie Phillips, Ruth Ramey, Matrie (Roy Rowe) and Ruby (Felton Fulcher); his sisters-in-law, Gail Phillips, Pat Phillips, Betty Phillips, Cindy Phillips and Sally Phillips; and his friend James Bennett. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
The family requests attendants wear masks.
