She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hornbeak and Ethel Hornbeak (Bill Chapman). She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Prout Forsberg (Ted) and Rob Prout (Laura); her stepsons, Ryan Whitley, Eric Chapman and Jim Chapman; her grandchildren, Carl Forsberg, Brett Forsberg, Roselyn Prout, Carson Prout, Estelle Prout, Sarah Chapman, Tommy Chapman, Oscar Chapman and Finn Chapman; and her sister Sharon Hamilton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grayson United Methodist Church (555 Grayson Pkwy, Grayson, GA 30017). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
