He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Spivey; and his son Robert Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Spivey; his daughters, Joy Murphy (Tim) and Gayln Sweet; and his siblings, Gene Spivey (Betty), Russell Spivey (Sandy) and LaVerne Larocca (AV). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
