He was predeceased by: his parents, Lendon Lowe and Sara Lowe; and his sister Gaylon Diamond. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Lowe of Grayson; his children, Lindsay, Joshua Ludke of Loganville, Kaleigh, Peter Holmes of Buford and Garrett Lowe of Grayson; his grandchildren, Lucy Ludke of Loganville and Linley Ludke of Loganville; his brother Larry Lowe of Loganville; his sister-in-law Teri Lowe of Loganville; his sister Ginger Stephens of Loganville; his brother-in-law John Stephens of Loganville; and his mother-in-law Phyllis Jones of Snellville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
