It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Howard McKenzie (Grayson, Georgia), born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Howard and Henrietta Howard (Maurice "Mac" McKenzie); her siblings, Fred Howard and Mary Siebert Culp; and her granddaughter Hope McKenzie.
She is survived by: her husband Mac; her daughter Maurine; her son-in-law Hal Avery; her son William "Willie"; her daughter-in-law Susan McKenzie; her grandson Zak Avery (Amanda); her great grandchild Caroline; and her granddaughter Caitlin "CJ" Keener (David).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Elaine McKenzie to the Southeast Gwinnett Cooperative Ministry, 55 Grayson Industrial Parkway, Grayson, GA 30017.
