She is survived by: her husband Joseph Couchenour; her son Stephen Michael of Royal Oak, MI; her daughter-in-law Kara Couchenour of Royal Oak, MI; her daughter Catherine Jo of Lawrenceville; her son-in-law Brian Hensley of Lawrenceville; her sibling David Hayden; her grandchildren, Katelyn Elizabeth Hensley, Haley Jo Hensley and Rylee Grace Hensley; and also Janet Fleck.
