In the vast expanse of eternity, Virginia Burnley shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Virginia Burnley farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Binion Griffin; and her parents, Alec Burnley and Mary Fannie Burnley. She is survived by: her son Ken Griffin (Denise); her grandchildren, Stephanie Wilcox (Michael) and Jamie Pass (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Emma Claire Wilcox, Pryor Kate Pass and Ellie Grace Pass.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gray Memorial Chapel (4378 Gray Hwy, Gray, GA 31032).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Powelton Community Cemetery Fund, 4316 Sparta Rd SE, Crawfordville, GA 30631.
