Payne; his children, Misty Payne-Jones (Dan) and Thomas Payne, III (Tonya); his grandchildren, Carrie Howell (Kyle), Lloyd Bishop (Kayla), Stephen Payne (Sara), Stephanie Payne and Mara Grant; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Mylan, Loki, McKinley, Karli and Jaxon; his granddaughter Sister Angela Evans (Tommy); his brother Kenneth Whitehead (Deborah); his niece Judy Hamby Bryan (Scott); and his nephew David Hamby (Michelle). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
